ABOUT ME
My name is Arik, and I'm a designer in training at Humber Polytechnic. I was raised in Keswick, Ontario, but live in Toronto for schooling. I am experienced in 3D modelling and 3D printing, as I have a Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer that I love and use often. Some software I'm familiar and skilled with are Figma, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Bambu Studio, and the Adobe Suite.
I am passionate about all things EDC (everyday carry) and have acquired a sizable collection. My dream sector of design would be designing tools, more specifically knives, as they are my passion. I have had experience with blacksmithing, where I forged my own tomahawk out of a railroad spike. I chose to forge a tomahawk because I like to throw them at targets I have built.
Some of my other passions include sketching, cooking, fitness, fastpitch, and drumming. I am also an avid enjoyer of Transformers, the hit 90s series Batman Beyond, and classic muscle cars and motorcycles.
